Most businesses have a marketing team generating demand and an operations team trying to fulfil it. Problems appear in the gap in the middle. The pipeline connecting them is usually broken, full of manual admin, bad attribution, messy data, and slow processes.
Generating leads is useless if internal systems can't handle them. I operate in a constant revolving door across the entire commercial lifecycle. I start in marketing to create demand, then build the custom tools, data pipelines, and workflows needed to make the sales, admin, and operational processes actually run smoothly.
I don't settle for off-the-shelf software and make a square peg fit a round hole. I map out the logic required to solve the problem, and use critical thinking and AI to deploy bespoke systems quickly. It's a continuous loop of redesigning broken processes, surfacing the right info so the business can make decisions, and evolving the infrastructure. Marketing, systems, and data finally working the way they should.
I've always been drawn to what's underneath. The structure behind the surface. The pattern nobody named yet. The thing everyone was working around without realising it was there. That's not something I learned in a job - it's just how I process the world.
I've played piano since I was 9. It's the one place where nothing needs fixing and nothing needs to be explained. You sit down, the room goes quiet, and whatever comes out is exactly what it should be. It taught me early that the best results come when you stop trying to control the outcome and just do the thing honestly.
I'm neurodivergent. That's why I can disappear into a hard problem for six hours and find small talk genuinely exhausting. It's also why I see connections across systems, disciplines, and ideas that don't obviously belong together. Both things come from the same place.
I build things outside of work too. Some ship. Some teach me something and get shelved. All of them start with a question I couldn't leave alone.
